We fulfill all orders via Yodel express 48-hour shipping service. All orders are processed by us within 2-3 business days.

- Orders under £50 have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

We're just two mates packing and shipping every order ourselves — so here's what you can expect:
- Order Fulfilment: Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–3 business days.
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery takes an additional 2–4 business days.
- Total Estimated Time: From the moment you place your order, expect it to arrive in approximately 3–5 business days.

If you aren't home when the delivery is attempted, your item will be placed in your designated safe place. If that's not possible, delivery will be attempted once more.
Please note: We cannot take responsibility for lost/damaged parcels that have been delivered to your safe place. Delivery drivers will take photographic evidence or a signature for any orders left as requested by the customer.

How to Request a Return:
Please email us at hello@seam-project.com with your order number in the subject line. We'll get back to you with next steps.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and unworn, with no signs of wear or damage.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is for an exchange.
- A tracking number must be provided for all returns. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds:
- Initial shipping costs (from us to you) are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Returns that arrive damaged, used, or in unsellable condition will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
