Shipping
All orders are packed and dispatched by us from the UK.
UK Delivery
We use Yodel's tracked 48-hour delivery service for all UK orders.
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
- Delivery takes an additional 2–4 business days once dispatched.
- Orders over £40 qualify for FREE UK shipping.
As a small independent brand, we pack every order ourselves. During launches and busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we'll always keep you updated.
International Delivery
We currently ship to Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Not In?
If you're not available when delivery is attempted, the courier may leave your parcel in a designated safe place or attempt redelivery.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that have been delivered to a safe place selected by the customer. Delivery partners may take photographic evidence or obtain a signature upon delivery.
Returns
We stand behind the quality of every product we make.
If you've received an item with a manufacturing defect or there's an issue with your order, please get in touch and we'll do our best to make it right.
How To Start A Return
Email us at hello@seam-project.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an exchange has been agreed.
- We recommend using a tracked service for all returns.
- We cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Returns received in a worn, damaged or unsellable condition will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer.c
