We fulfill all orders via DPD express 48-hour shipping service. All orders are processed by us within 2-3 business days.

• Orders over £50 access FREE delivery 

• Orders under £50 have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

We work hard to provide you with the lowest shipping rates possible.

As two mates shipping every order ourselves, on average your order will take between 3-5 business days to arrive on your doorstep from the point that you place your order.

Please note: if your order doesn’t arrive, due to the input of an incorrect address, we as the seller take no responsibility. If you noticed the address is incorrect, please reach out to us within 2 hours of the order being placed.

If you aren't home when the delivery is attempted, your item will be placed in your designated safe place. If that's not possible, delivery will be attempted once more.

Please note: We cannot take responsibility for lost/damaged parcels that have been delivered to your safe place. Delivery drivers will take photographic evidence or a signature for any orders left as requested by the customer.

We stand by our products and guarantee your order will be free of manufacturer defects. However, if for any reason you find a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@seam-project.com.

The return shipping cost will only be covered if the return is an exchange. To better assist you, please be sure to include your order number in the subject line of your email. 

Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs for returns or missed deliveries. We are not responsible for the risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any damage or spoiling will lead to the item being sent back to you.
